Boyut Plastik is a member of Alim Grup which was founded in Istanbul in 1998 by Naser ALİM, who is, the chairman of the board of directors.
Boyut Plastik, which was established in 2005, produces at its modern and high-tech production facility in Istanbul;
* For Furniture Industry : Edgebanding, profile wrapping foil (Platinum Series) in PVC, ABS and 3D categories with a capacity of 1,200 tons/month
* For Medical Industry : Meltblown nonwoven fabric with a capacity of 60 tons/month,
Boyut Plastik which exports half of its production to more than 50 countries, has achieved a rapid growth momentum thanks to its direct investments totalling 200 million TL between 2017-2020.
Alim Group's other fields of operation are as following :
* Alim Forest Products Inc. with an annual volume of 250 thousand m3 is one of Europe's largest wood-based panels (MDF, particleboard, laminate flooring, doorskin and similar products) distributor, with main markets being Balkans and South East Europe.

* Another line of business as Alim Medikal is medical mask production under Alimex brand. Daily capacity is over 1 million and 70% of it is exported.

Alim Group has 3 companies abroad:
* Montenegro: Alim Grup D.o.o. ; Located in the free zone of Bar city, its warehouse with a closed area of 12 thousand m2 serves as logistics centre for wood based panel sales to the Southeast Europe.
* Serbia: Boyut Import-Export D.o.o. where it carries out edgeband sales activities for the domestic market in a closed area of 2 thousand m2 in Belgrade.
* Macedonia: Alim Grup D.o.o.e.l. is trading in semi finished products for furniture industry.

Alim Group with about 400 employees carries out its administrative and production activities at its new and modern building with a closed area of 20,000 m2 in Istanbul.
