ALVIC PRESENTS ITS MODULAR HOME SPACE THE MODULAR HOUSE CREATED WITH SUSTAINABLE PANELS AND COMPONENTS 27 APRIL 2022

ALVIC presents its "MODULAR HOME" space, the modular home created with panels and sustainable components of the brand, and designed by the architect Héctor Ruiz Velázquez.
ALVIC volumes that make up a home -Office, Kitchen, Bathroom, Library, Gym, etc- making the most of the m3 of the house.

ALVIC is participating for the sixth consecutive year in Casa Decor 2022, which will take place from 7 April to 22 May 2022 at 89 Goya Street. In this edition, the brand reinvents the way of designing a home, with the help of the Ruiz Velázquez studio, and once again shows the versatility of its surfaces and components applied in each space of the house.

The success of this new project for Casa Decor 2022, by the Ruiz Velázquez studio, is the breadth of functions and the awakening of emotions in a home of only 45m2. A home as a centre of wealth for the human being, where a design defined by need and adaptable to our lives is proposed.

This new housing concept maximises usability and takes full advantage of the performance of the ALVIC company's material, creating a type of prefabricated constructive use that is totally free of decorative conventions. The void is built with ALVIC volumes of mobile, dry-assembled wood, freeing the space for things to happen around it.

INTEGRATED HANDLE DOOR

Kitchen components

A range of doors with integrated metallic handles available in Luxe Zenit or Syncron finishes. The metallic handles fuse with the designs, colours and finishes to create simple and functional lines.

FINGER-PULL DOOR

Kitchen components

Ergonomic doors with an elegant aesthetic having an integrated "J" profile handle.
Available in selected Luxe, Zenit and Syncron finishes. Fingerpull can be supplied as a panel or as a finished element.

CLASSIC & AVANTGARDE CABINETS

Armadietti

ALVIC offers two module collections, Classic and Avantgarde, which bring together aesthetics, ergonomics and versatility.
The modules are offered in trendy colours and designs that perfectly match with the cabinet doors having our Luxe, Zenit and Syncron finishes.
The Classic collection is available in White and Grey Aluminium.
The Avantgarde collection is available in Microline, Nordic Oak and Anthracite.

Laminates

The high production capacity and the strong verticalization of the production processes of Alvic allow us to offer a wide range of products. To complete the need for design we offer HPL (high pressure laminates) with our various matching finishes.

LUXE, HIGH GLOSS PANELS

Panels

High gloss finish panel with excellent physical and mechanical properties. R3 SUPRA WORKTOP

Worktops

Kitchen worktops manufactured with HPL laminates offering a high quality surface. The range includes marble, granite, stone, cement, oxide and wood finishes. A vast range that allows it to be used in all styles of kitchens, from classic, to rustic to modern.

SYNCRON, TEXTURED PANELS

Panels

Syncron is a panel manufactured with the latest generation of embossing technology which enables to synchronize the design of the papers, recreating the beauty of the natural finish of the various textures such as wood, leather, textiles, stone and marble. The Syncron range was created to be combined with the other ranges, Luxe and Zenit, to offer high resistance to impacts and durability.

ZÉNIT, SUPER MATT PANELS

Panels

Supermatt finish with a very high resistance to abrasion and scratches. Our R+D Department has successfully created a texture that is soft to the touch, anti-fingerprint, that adds elegance to any ambience.
Zenit is offered in two variants: Zenit Supermatt, where smoothness, warmth and monocolours are the main features, and Zenit Metaldeco supermatt, where thousands of subtle metallic particles provide a refined shine, perfect for more modern compositions.
