VS WASH®: ORGANISING THE LAUNDRY IS AS EASY AS PIE!

When it comes to kitchens, the expertise of VAUTH-SAGEL has been well-known and proven for decades. With their transfer of this expertise to other areas like housekeeping, VAUTH-SAGEL have demonstrated their creativity and innovative power for years. After all, collecting and transporting dirty laundry, for example, is a very special challenge in every household. Irrespective of whether the washing machine is in the basement, the utility room, the kitchen or the bathroom. It is important to find a suitable place with enough space for laundry to ensure convenient living space design. The components of the VS WASH® series extend the portfolio in the housekeeping area and are the elegant solution for sorting, storing and transporting dirty laundry - tidily and invisibly.

VAUTH-SAGEL developed the VS WASH® series in order to optimally use the existing space and simplify the workflows in the kitchen and utility room. The system satisfies everyday requirements, as it is well-designed and practical. The laundry hampers are available in a unique variety of types and now come in heights of 550, 460, 426 and 326 cm. Three colour variants are available: Basic colour lava with a lava-coloured carrying handle and white with a light grey carrying handle, plus grey hampers with a grey carrying handle.The special feature: they have perforations that ensure optimal air circulation. Inside the hamper, the perforations are rounded to protect the laundry. All the hampers in the VS WASH® series are equipped with carrying handles that simplify the transport, even if two laundry hampers have to be transported at the same time. The drop concealed behind the front can be perfectly integrated into any living space. Technically and visually, all VS WASH® systems is based on the proven waste separation systems of the VS ENVI Space range.

With the expansion of its VS TAL® Gate module to include the VS Gate Rack and VS Gate Rack Plus, Vauth-Sagel has created over 1000 new possibilities to implement individual solutions inside the cabinet and beyond. Whether it's a wall-mounted, cabinet door, or cabinet wall shelving unit, this modular expansion makes everything possible all at once. This means customers can use the VS Gate Rack as both a cabinet door shelf and a wall shelf. For a long time, kitchens have not only been about cooking and eating. Kitchens have become an urban space for living. Themes like hygienic and environmentally friendly waste disposal also play important roles today. VS ENVI® Water - Waste collection system and water storage together!
Water treatment systems are a trend today. The Quooker in particular has taken on a pioneering role. But kitchens offer limited space. Many wonder where they can put their waste collection system, which is typically located beneath the sink. VAUTH-SAGEL has now developed the ideal solution. VS ENVI® Water is the perfect supplement to the Quooker or other water treatment systems with identical dimensions. Thanks to VS ENVI® Water, waste collection systems and water storage tanks can now be installed together. In a 600 millimetre-wide cupboard body, the combined solution requires a unit depth of 470 millimetres in order to organise the entire hose and cable management such that it is compact and tidy. A Quooker Cube cold water and a Pro3 boiling water storage tank can be set up to the right or left of a 22-litre waste container or two 10-litre containers. The water tank remains safely in its place when the waste container is pulled out with the unit front. VS ENVI® Water is fast and easy to install, and flexibly adapts to the given installation circumstances. Extension hoses can be optionally used to set up and connect the Quooker system in front of the unit.
VS ENVI® Water is attached to the side wall and underbody such that it is stable and safe. Like all VS ENVI® space systems, this variant has a metal cover plate and is equipped with smooth, durable sliding technology. With VS ENVI® Water, VAUTH-SAGEL offers a clever solution for more room in sink base units.

VS ENVI® Free and VS ENVI® Flex - 2 upgrades to the next level!
Both systems are based on waste solutions that are already available in the VAUTH-SAGEL portfolio for existing drawer runners. This means that the systems can be integrated into all commercial drawer runners. And the existing seams can be retained.

The new feature of VS ENVI® Free is the bin holder VS ENVI® Free Tray, which makes it more convenient to use the VS ENVI® bin inside a drawer. The bin holder is simply inserted into the existing runners and the bin is placed in the slot provided. With the holder, the bins stay in place even during jerky opening and closing of the
drawer. The drawer itself remains clean, and the removable shell is easy to clean. An additional slot can be used to store bin bags or cleaning materials. Each bin can also be equipped with a lid, and a bio lid is also available for the 6L bin.

The world of kitchens places special focus on surfaces. To continue the high-quality aesthetics in the inner workings of kitchen furniture, VAUTH-SAGEL have employed their legendary flair and design expertise to extend their colour palette with new colours and textures. This is the only way to have the interior harmonise perfectly with the exteriors of kitchen fronts. In the past years, the company have examined this theme in depth and relied on environmentally friendly processes that are in tune with the spirit of the time.
"We are very happy about the new surfaces! They are visually appealing and pleasant to the touch," said CEO Claus Sagel. "At interzum, we are showing that our new surfaces harmonise perfectly with the exteriors of modern kitchens. The colours, surface brilliance (matt/silk matt/glossy) and texture make our surfaces a perfect addition to the inner workings."
The new, textured trend surfaces alu ST, stone ST and nero ST complete the existing palette of colour variants.
The company also rely on anti-bacterial surfaces as a means of taking hygiene and health factors into consideration. With the help of silver ions, 99.9 per cent anti-bacterial protection is achieved for the plastic boxes and lids in the VS ADD® Box series.
One of VAUTH-SAGEL's sustainable actions has been the reduction of surfaces that are harmful to the environment. As an alternative to environmentally harmful chrome, the powder-coated surface platinum - which strongly resembles the look of chrome - has been added to the portfolio. The advantages of powder coating as compared to galvanizing are impressive:

At IWF in Atlanta, platinum was launched and introduced to the American market. The coating process switch from galvanizing and varnishing to environmentally friendly powder coating was realised by an investment amount of eight million euro at the VAUTH-SAGEL Korbach location.
With the new colour and environmentally friendly powder coating, VAUTH-SAGEL are positioned as a company that acts sustainably, making them stand out from other manufacturers. NEW RULES = EVEN MORE SAFETY!

VAUTH-SAGEL have completely revised their packaging philosophy. interzum 2023 is the perfect platform for the presentation. After all, this topic is important for all partners along the production and supply chain right through to the end customers. At their core, the innovative ground rules for a new packaging design emphasise transport safety, sustainability and easy handling. But at VAUTH-SAGEL, packaging also has a brand component that is designed well down to the smallest detail.

"We put special emphasis on ensuring that the packaging for our products facilitates safe and complaint-free transport without damage. At the same time, the safety measures must be effective and sustainable in order to avoid rubbish and support recyclability," said CEO Claus Sagel. Here, the motto is: "Only as much as necessary and as little as possible".

The key aim of the new packaging from VAUTH-SAGEL is to ensure reliable, complaint-free product transport without damage. To achieve this, the company rely on higher carton quality and design in order to protect products with high weights even better. The storage principle has also been improved with the aim of storing individual components securely inside the carton. Further, all packaging is dimensioned for the required pallet sizes to the greatest extent possible in order to optimise transport. To guarantee the quality of the packaging, VAUTH-SAGEL carry out in-house, qualified drop tests.

Another important aspect is the simplicity of the packaging, which was designed to be self-explanatory and is intended to support processing. The packaging is easy to open, intuitively read and avoids cutter knife openings that can possibly damage the product inside. Clear category classification and a unique product reference thanks to the product name and an illustration ensure excellent orientation and order with regard to individual component storage.

The packaging from VAUTH-SAGEL is a special feature and reflects the brand identity of the company as well. The high-quality, CI-compatible appearance with product illustrations and markings ensures an appealing look and clear labelling. Accompanying information supports optimal product installation.

To reduce transport costs and optimise space utilisation, VAUTH-SAGEL rely on modular packaging solutions plus recyclable basic materials made from cardboard and paper. Plastic fillers are replaced by cardboard segments whenever possible. Additionally, reusable and deposit-based systems have been further expanded in order to create sustainable packaging and 3D storage concepts. Together with the supply chain partners, they are constantly developed further.

Pordenone, 17/10/2023 - VAUTH-SAGEL now extends the ESSENTIO product range to 14 modules in the portfolio. The design line "reduced to the essentials" sets an innovative standard for the inner workings of kitchen units and with immediate effect, is available in the colour variants white, silver, lava and the new texture colour stoneST. The idea of the product developers at VAUTH-SAGEL is based on the fact that the kitchen has become a main space in today's urban living culture. With its clear, flat design language featuring powder-coated sheet steel, ESSENTIO has its finger on the pulse of the time. The design line offers both an appealing look and a high level of functionality.

The aim of the new design is a consistent look for the inner workings of units. The form and colour of the shelves play a decisive role here. As compared to conventional solutions, the thin wall quality of the tray divider achieves improved space utilisation on the inside. The metal bases are a further innovation: as a supplement to the VS Add Separator, they feature a magnetic locking mechanism. This simplifies the organisation of food and various kitchen utensils. The shelves are uniformly produced from bevelled sheet steel and equipped with a non-slip mat as standard.
