Fire retardant seals are designed to effectively restrict the passage of fire and smoke when subjected to a fire situation, reducing the speed of flame spread and reducing ingress through the window or door sections.

Fire retardant seals can be used on standard and fire-rated windows and doors (compression seal, overlap seal etc), offering a higher level of resistance in the event of a fire.

Extruded brush pile seals.
Soft silicone treated multifilament yarn on an extruded base.

Raised double central fin: an even more effective barrier against air infiltration.
Improved base: more flexible and easy to insert even into the narrowest groove.
Thicker fins: silent non-woven fins (NW) thickness 0.40 mm.

Guaranteed on centre pile, more suitable for machine insertion.
Brush height from 6 to 12 mm. Other heights are available on request.
Fin colours available: black and grey.
