Double award for RAUVISIO cube surfaces

The RAUVISIO cube authentic concrete effect won over two top-class juries of international design awards: the Red Dot, in the "Materials and Surfaces" category, and the Interzum guangzhou Award 2025 as "Outstanding Furniture Accessory", according to the Asian market. By faithfully reproducing the raw texture of concrete through natural pores and cavities that make each panel different from the other, the innovative REHAU surfaces respond to the growing demand for materials with a strong character in interior design, ensuring simple processing with common woodworking tools.
The combination with RAUKANTEX pigmento edgebands, pigmented in the milling radius, also makes it possible to obtain the appearance of a solid concrete slab, for perfect finished components that can be combined with RAUVISIO noble matt and RAUVISIO noir surfaces, as well as with the RAUVOLET noble matt roller shutter system, for a monolithic, pure, and minimalist interior design. In addition to the six colors of the Urban Concrete, further textures for RAUVISIO cube are already in development and will soon be added to the double award-winning family—for even more flexibility in interior design.

With RAUKANTEX pigmento Wood, REHAU expands its range with a pigmented milling radius edgeband solution that perfectly imitates the unique look of wood. Designed to eliminate the frame effect, the new edgebands reproduce the grain and streaks of wood for an authentic aesthetic and tactile effect, joining the already available versions for stone and concrete decors. The new edgeband boasts the usual outstanding quality. This is also confirmed by independent experts: the jury of the Interzum award 2025 has honoured RAUKANTEX pigmento Wood with the coveted seal of approval in the "High Product Quality" category. A huge achievement for an innovative product.

Laminates

The polymer laminate surfaces RAUVISIO cube bring the concrete effect into interior design in a simple and flexible way. Lightweight and workable with standard woodworking tools, the REHAU surfaces are hardly distinguishable from real concrete, both to the eye and to the touch. Thanks to natural air pores (cavities), each panel is individual and unique in its surface structure, making every piece of furniture one of a kind. More resistant to scratches and breakage than the original material, as well as to water and steam, the RAUVISIO cube surfaces are available as a pressed large-format panel with an MDF core in the dimensions 2,760 x 1,220 x 19 mm and in six different colours ranging from classic shades to warmer, more natural trends. A solid concrete slab look is created by applying a 45° chamfer, with the matching RAUKANTEX pigmento edgeband pigmented in the milling radius. The harmonious combination with RAUVISIO surfaces and RAUVOLET roller-shutters in matt-look offers endless combinations for monolithic, pure, and minimalist interior designs.
