Shapes, materials harmonised by colours and effects, an evocative representation of the Color Design Lechler project. The emphasis is on the visual effects, the haptic effect of the surfaces and the sustainability of the certified bio-based and water-borne products.
An opportunity to delve into topics such as technological innovation in finishes, trends in surface design and best practices for the use of sustainable products.

The colour is applied to the substrates through diversified painting processes with specific mood boards that relate colours and effects. A vision of the harmony is achieved between different materials using specific colour matrixes.

Thanks to the presented painted elements, it is possible to directly experience the textures, colours and effects of the finishes intended for metallic, plastic and wooden materials.
The proposals exhibited highlight the aesthetics of the finishes, while showing how beauty and functionality can coexist in a harmonic way. At the same time, the sustainability of the solutions proposed by Lechler-IVE and Lechler Tech is highlighted, with a particular focus on products formulated with bio-based and water-borne raw materials: this is an inspiration for sector operators to integrate sustainability into their projects without sacrificing design and performance.

The Outdoor Pleasure OIL line from Lechler-IVE formulation containing BIO-BASED products according to the ASTM D6866 standard has also obtained compliance from a third-party certified body, while satisfying the requirements of CAM, A+, IAC GOLD, and giving access to accreditation for BREEAM, LEED and WELL. The same compliances also belong to Lechler Tech's water-borne line called Lechsys Hydro.

Taking care of the future together, for us and for those who come after us.

OgTM is an acronym that encompasses our beginning and, almost 60 years later, still tells our STORY, a beautiful story of Italian entrepreneurship ...

The GIOVANNI TRIVINI Milanoworkshops were born in 1960, embodying the vision of a great craftsman whose project spanned three generations, transforming itself into the current complex of Sant 'Angelo Lodigiano, a reality production with a capacity of over 50,000 wheels per day, accredited among the technological elite of the sector, with over 120 international patents filed.

For almost 60 years at OgTM we have been producing wheels for furniture and furnishing accessories. The search for beauty, functional and technological innovation, collaboration with the greatest Italian and international architects and designers have become a sort of obsession for us, not just our distinctive trait.

We love CHALLENGES and uncompromising QUALITY, personally managing all the construction phases of a wheel, from the project to the finished product and indeed, if necessary, we also develop and manufacture the equipment necessary for the production process.

We work all types of materials (plastic, rubber, metals) with any type of treatment and finish. We develop tailor-made projects starting from the drawing and we are able to customize lots with tailor-made "out of series" requests.

At the helm of OgTM, to continue the "movement" that today has brought us to the main world markets, there are now Ruggero, Giovanni's son, who is in charge of the of product development and his wife Marilena Daccò, CEO and commercial soul.

But also the third generation already works in the company: the children Elisa and Daniele who deal respectively with Marketing and Production Technology.

... and the HISTORY continues, moving like our wheels ...

"That of OgTM is a philosophy that is realized in products that revolutionize, amaze, fascinate and innovate. Wheels never seen before, innovative in everything, from shape to construction, with the simplicity that distinguishes all great inventions"

Marilena Daccò | CEO OgTM

Surfaces in the furniture industry are becoming increasingly matt. But how do you remove unwanted stains, which will inevitably occur sometimes during installation? With the REDOCOL greenline Finish Cleaner Perfect Matt, Ostermann's experts have a new and particularly eco-friendly solution.

Classic cleaners often leave a protective film on the surface. What is desirable for glossy materials and protects against new dirt accumulations often proves to be counterproductive for matt surfaces. With the REDOCOL greenline Finish Cleaner Perfect Matt, Ostermann now offers a cleaner that has been specially developed for matt, super matt and extremely matt surfaces. The ready-to-use product comes in a spray bottle and removes greasy marks and residues of adhesive, dust or dirt without affecting the matt appearance, making it ideal for the final assembly. All information on the new product can also be found under the search term "Perfect Matt Cleaner" on the Ostermann website www.ostermann.eu.

Perfect Cleaner for All Matt Surfaces
Many matt and super matt furniture surfaces are now protected from visible fingerprints by modern technologies. Nevertheless, soiling cannot be completely avoided during the final assembly. The environmentally friendly REDOCOL greenline Finish Cleaner Perfect Matt removes this soiling and effectively cleans, for example, ABS and PP edgings without leaving streaks, as well as coated or lacquered wooden boards or compact laminates with matt surfaces. It is also ideal for linoleum surfaces.

Growth for the REDOCOL greenline Family
The biodegradable cleaner is an important addition to the REDOCOL greenline series. These products focus in particular on environmentally friendly ingredients, ecology and occupational safety. Examples include the versatile workpiece and machine cleaner REDOCOL Teclinex One For All and the solvent-free edging glue REDOCOL greenline Kantol.

Don't Forget the Right Cloths
The right cloths for cleaning should not be missing in the assembly vehicle. The Ostermann experts recommend either the evenly woven REDOCOL Soft microfibre cloth or the REDOCOL Strong microfibre cloth with a firm waffle texture. A natural fibre cloth from REDOCOL made from 100% natural fibres is also available. All cloths can be used wet, damp or dry, and are suitable for all common surfaces.

Edging specialist Ostermann has just launched a new surface finish for extremely matt furniture edgings. Processors can now choose from three qualities - Super Matt, Excellent Matt and the newly added Perfect Matt finish.

Board suppliers present an increasing number of matt surfaces in their collections. You will soon establish, however, that there are different types of matt. If you place the boards of different manufacturers next to each other, it becomes clear that not only the diversity of colours and decors, but also different versions of matt must be considered. To present furniture makers with as much choice as possible to find the best solution for the edging, Ostermann has now extended its portfolio of surface finishes. In addition to the existing "Super Matt" and "Excellent Matt" versions, "Perfect Matt" now presents a new option that is even more pleasant to the touch. 17 plain colours are already available with a finish in the new matt quality. Find all new edgings by typing in the search term "#Highlights05" on the Ostermann website www.ostermann.eu. They are available from stock in 1 mm thickness and many widths. All Ostermann ABS edgings can be cut to any required width up to 100 mm on request. Processors working with zero bondline machines can also get their edgings with a functional layer specially made to match the respective technology.

New Finish: Perfect Matt
The new edgings feature a soft and warm matt finish with a uniquely even touch and feel. The surface is non-porous and therefore easy to clean. High scratch resistance and anti-fingerprint properties are obligatory with this variant. Colours range from various shades of white and grey to selected plain colours such as taupe, burgundy, black, green, and blue.

Classic Finish: Excellent Matt
Edgings with an Excellent Matt finish have a dull matt, coarse surface and feature anti-fingerprint properties. They are highly scratch-resistant and the range of colours is even bigger. Also, these come in different thicknesses: 1 and 2 mm are available.

Standard Finish: Super Matt
Super matt edgings have a smooth matt standard surface. They are available from Ostermann in a wide range of colours and in different thicknesses. Unlike the previously mentioned variants, this one does not have anti-fingerprint properties, which is why the Ostermann experts recommend the super matt surface finish mainly for less exposed elements, such as furniture parts that are rarely touched or come into contact with grease.

Tip: The Right Cleaner
The new REDOCOL greenline Finish Cleaner Perfect Matt was specially developed for extremely matt surfaces and effectively removes fingerprints or spots that inevitably occur when installing furniture without leaving streaks.

The eye-catching Sibu Design Boards are a highlight for any interior. Ostermann has just added various new products to its range. These are delivered swiftly and reliably together with edgings, workshop supplies and other materials for furniture making.

Ostermann has been supplying the trade with Sibu Design Boards for many years. The large panels with their extraordinary designs are always the right choice when it comes to creating unique interiors - whether commercial or private, for trade fairs or shop fittings. Due to their low weight and robust surfaces, they are also increasingly sought-after for campervan conversions. The variety of designs extends across seven product lines and ranges from artificial leather and textile structures to metallic, extremely glossy or textured boards. The range has now been extended by 12 decors - additions to Structure-Line, Deco-Line, Multistyle, Leather-Line or SibuGlas. Carpenters/cabinet makers can view all new products under the search term "#Sibu2024" on the Ostermann website www.ostermann.eu and immediately order them, if needed, together with edgings, glues, cleaners and other materials for furniture and interior design.

Metallic Gloss with Exceptional Texture
When it comes to attracting maximum attention, the new SL Ocean (in colour options Gold or Iceblue) or MS 5 x 5 flex Aqua decors are a good choice. The undulating or mosaique-like structure of the high-gloss surfaces creates ever new variations of reflections and light effects through the interplay of light and shadow.

Metal in Even More Variations
The latest Sibu product additions also offer a variety of solutions for carpenters/cabinet makers who prefer a somewhat simpler metallic aesthetic. The range of innovations includes gleaming glossy surfaces, reflective boards in shades of gold and bronze, metal decors with a used look and a subtle matt rust decor.

Stone and Leather
The new portfolio is rounded off by one stone and one leather decor. The elegant DM Limestone Grey surface is interspersed with delicate golden, white and black veins. The LL White decor offers a vegan alternative for a classic white leather look.

Advice for Bonding
Most of the Design Boards are bonded using a classic white glue such as REDOCOL Kombicoll Super-N D3. For highly structured models, the Ostermann experts recommend the new REDOCOL greenline MS-Polymer 660.00/01 assembly glue. The neutral and elastic 1-component assembly glue is applied using a cartridge gun and even adheres to slightly damp substrates. In addition to glues and adhesives, Ostermann also supplies all other components for modern interior design. With the best advice and comprehensive service.
