The perfect solutions for more storage space - flexibly usable

Pordenone, October 14, 2025 - With the new VS Gate Rack and VS Gate Rack Plus, Vauth-Sagel is presenting two well-designed storage systems at SICAM 2025 that make optimal use of previously unused space—whether in the cabinet, on the wall, or on the inside of the door. Both systems offer maximum flexibility, modern design, and easy, tool-free adaptation to individual storage needs.

Flexible storage for every cabinet height

With the innovative VS Gate Rack, a new generation of flexible storage solutions is introduced. This versatile hanging shelf can be mounted both inside the cabinet and on the wall, and with four available heights (H1, H3, H5, and H6), it perfectly adapts to various applications—from compact base cabinets to midboards and spacious tall cabinets.

The H1 variant is particularly space-saving: it can be mounted directly on the inside of the cabinet door without requiring additional force transfer—ideal for smaller, lightweight items.

For larger door solutions, the VS Gate Rack Plus offers an even more robust option. Based on the same frame design, an articulated force transfer via sliding bearings in the cabinet provides additional stability—especially for heavier loads. Exclusively designed for door mounting in heights H3, H5, and H6, the system reliably relieves the door hinges.

Both variants are available in two widths: C 450 / 500 and C 600—suitable for common cabinet dimensions.

Design diversity and functional features

The versatile organization systems VS Gate Rack and VS Gate Rack Plus now offer even more design options: with shelves in the four design lines Essentio®, Premea, Planero®, and Saphir, the systems can be individually configured according to style and purpose. Designed for hinged door cabinets, the system combines a door shelf with an automatically moving internal shelf unit. Smart technology for maximum visibility
The VS TAL® Gate Pro uses the movement of the cabinet door to automatically pull the rear shelves forward when opening. This provides full visibility of the cabinet contents with a single movement—without opening drawers or shifting items. The height-adjustable trays can be flexibly adapted to individual needs.

Optimized geometry - more storage, less searching
The new generation features refined proportions: deeper door shelves offer even more space for supplies, while narrower inner shelves improve visibility.
