Profiles in recycled plastic

Product with recycled raw materials

To respond to the growing demand for eco-friendly solutions from designers and the furniture and furnishings industry, we have developed a series of plastic profiles and seals using recycled raw materials.
We can extrude both structural and decorative plastic profiles using regenerated materials in percentages that vary from 5 to 100% based on the characteristics required of the drawn product. The plastic profiles thus obtained can in turn be recycled and recovered.
We use certified raw materials deriving from a mix of regenerated polymers of post-consumer origin with recycled polymers of post-industrial origin which are transformed to obtain products that are resistant over time. These recycled plastic materials require less energy to be produced, allowing considerable savings in C02 and avoiding the creation of waste.

We produce a wide range of rigid and soft plastic seals and profiles for office furniture.
In particular gaskets for partitions and equipped walls. Transparent profiles in PC and PMMA for glass joining. Thermal and acoustic sealing gaskets for glass.
Extruded and co-extruded drawn sections for desk cable passage. Wardrobe door stops. Dust cover edges with soft fins and primer already applied for use with an edgebander.

Plastic profiles for LEDs and lighting

Lighting systems

We produce transparent and opaline plastic covers specially designed for LED lighting which hide the hot spots ensuring excellent luminous efficiency. We can produce different types of LED strips with a wide range of effects such as opaline, translucent, satin and smoked, always guaranteeing uniform diffusion of light by masking the light points. The diffusers can be extruded in both polycarbonate and PMMA, also in self-extinguishing or UV protected versions or for food or medical use. We also create covers based on the customer's design.

Dust-proof edges

Edges

Dust-proof edges with high mechanical and scratch resistance, co-extruded with a soft part to keep dust in wardrobes, kitchens and equipped walls. The edges are produced in heights from 15 to 32 mm in different colors for continuous matching with the panel finishes. The dust covers are already coated with primer to edge the panels with glue using an automatic edgebander.
