2308.75L low-emission matt panel adhesive

2308.75L is the low-isocyanate version of the 2308.75 adhesive.

It is an adhesive for wood or HPL (high-pressure laminate) panels suitable for thick or matt foils.
It can also be used to assemble sandwich panels with different combinations of insulation materials such as polyester bonded to sheet metal, HPL, or plastic panels.

This adhesive has a high initial tack, good machine stability, and a good open time.
The launch of the LESS Line, of which 2308.75L is a part, took place in 2023 following the publication of the European REACH directive on the handling of diisocyanates.

The directive requires all users of products with a concentration of monomeric diisocyanate above 0.1% to undergo mandatory safety training for five years.

The LESS range contains a minimal amount of isocyanates in the form of free MDI (diisocyanate monomer), which is generally essential for the chemical cross-linking of reactive polyurethane hot melt adhesives but is so low that no training is required.

2308.1T adhesive for slot nozzle machines

The Adhesive 2308.1T was developed for those who work with slot nozzles and need to apply matt or super glossy decors to MDF panels.

Thanks to its high initial tack, it allows you to
- perform milling and cutting operations immediately after wrapping
-stacking materials immediately after wrapping
without risk of denting.

In addition, the 2308.1T adhesive does not require a high initial tack at the time of application, which allows for a thinner and therefore less visible adhesive line.

This adhesive also has excellent resistance to water, heat, cold and solvents.

The cleaner breaks down the PUR hot melt adhesive between the rollers within a very short time so that it can be drained off quickly and easily. It is important that it leaves no residue and removes the adhesive completely.

The NWA WOOD machine series is the model from which all WPR machines for the furniture industry originate. This machine can in fact be customised according to the specific needs of the individual customer
NWA WOOD is equipped with a slot nozzle (produced by WPR), with infinitely adjustable adhesive application widths. This means that different profile sizes and widths can be processed flexibly just with one machine.

With NWA WOOD is possible wrapping small wood profiles, mouldings, skirting boards or picture frames to door frames, window profiles, drawers, furniture parts and kitchen fronts. In the largest version, panels for door skins, furniture elements and floor elements can be laminated. The great advantage of applying adhesive by means of a slot nozzle is that not only profile wrapping and flat lamination are possible but also postforming and wrapping of curved panels can be completed on the same machine.

The basic equipment of the NWA WOOD series foil laminating systems already offers essential advantages for processing companies. The robust machine frame prevents vibrations in the lamination process, which can lead to irregularities in adhesive application and foil application.
